His breadth of experience conducting statutory audits for a variety of entities, including listed and non-listed companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, and Trusts, showcases his versatility and adaptability in navigating diverse financial landscapes.
He started his professional journey as a Chartered Accountant, initially serving as an Audit Manager for Manubhai & Shah LLP, engaged in auditing both public and private organizations. Subsequently, he transitioned to working independently, offering audit and assurance services to a wide range of corporate and non-corporate entities.
He has broad expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits across multiple industries, including infrastructure, consumer products, banking and financial institutions, construction and real estate, education, solar, textile, venture capital funds, and information technology. He established a platform for Company Law consultancy services within Manubhai & Shah LLP and delivers lectures on Company Law topics for various institutes and associations. He was nominated as a Member of IND AS, Accounting and Auditing Committee of WIRC of ICAI for the Financial Year 2022-2023.
His expertise has helped his team manage complex audits while ensuring regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, the team has developed a strong focus on excellence and diligence, leading to accurate and reliable financial assessments.
He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant holding a master’s degree in commerce. He holds a Diploma in Information System Audit. He has also cleared the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
