Mr. Gaurav Parmar has worked dedicatedly in the area of risk assessment and audit for more than 20 years for the firm. He has worked with corporate and public entities in conducting an internal audit at various levels of the organization.
He started his journey as a risk assessment and auditing manager. He worked with private and public organizations, helping them identify all the plausible risks and business development areas and improve their control system. He has also worked with various venture capital fund raisers and investors in the matters of due diligence and business valuations.
He is an active member of Committee of Digital Accounting and Assurance Board of Western Region of ICAI and is actively involved in mentoring startup UP companies through various incubation and innovation centers. He has also worked with Financial Services department of a CPA firm based in New York. His profile involved – Auditing and accounting of hedge funds and investment partnerships & Training and acquaintance with the SOX compliance, current policies, procedures and practices of the company in audit and allied services offered to the clients in United States.
He has successfully conducted Audits and risk assessments for varied private and public organizations., leading a team of experts towards achievement of the set goals pertaining to reporting of the said audits.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant specializing in auditing and risk assessment.
