He has helped organizations ranging from government and non-government organizations to international corporate entities in development, formulation and implementation of accounting systems, taxation consultancy, internal audit and valuation.
Having started as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Jignesh Shah has helped various national and international agencies in due-diligence, review and monitoring of projects that demand financial attention. He has also helped the KPO division in providing finance and tax related services to countries such as US, UK, New Zealand, and Australia
He has been a financial consultant for various multilaterally funded projects such as the World Bank and Asian Development having conducted a comprehensive statutory audit for nationalized banks under the Companies Act of 2013. He has also conducted the audit of non-government organizations and charitable trusts.
Having worked in multiple areas from auditing to taxation, he has led team of auditors in effective conduct of audit of both private and public organizations. He has guided them through his domain expertise and knowledge in varied industries when it comes to financial management and auditing.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered valuer from the IBBI and has earned a diploma in Informations Systems Audit (DISA) from Delhi.
