Mr. Vipul began his professional career with Ernst & Young, where he gained over four years of experience in the Transfer Pricing domain. During his tenure, he worked with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients across industries including oil & gas, automotive, software development, defence, engineering, and telecommunications. His exposure spans across advisory, compliance and litigation support, contributing to well-rounded expertise in international tax matters. He has also vast experience in corporate and individual income tax matters including tax audit.
Over the years, his professional journey has expanded to include specialized expertise in Transfer Pricing compliance (CbCR, Master File), litigation assistance and alternate dispute resolution mechanisms such as Safe Harbour and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA). He has advised on global TP documentation and policy frameworks, supported clients in navigating related party transactions under Company Law and SEBI regulations, and designed TP-aligned business models that balance regulatory requirements with commercial efficiency. In addition to his core Transfer Pricing expertise, Mr. Vipul has experience in corporate and individual taxation, tax audits, and litigation. He has advised on restructuring strategies to optimize tax planning, further strengthening his ability to deliver holistic solutions across the spectrum of direct tax.
Mr. Vipul brings a structured and analytical approach, backed by Big 4 experience, enabling him to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen client service delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
