CA Shweta qualified as a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank of 37th in the CA Intermediate Examination, reflecting her academic excellence early on. Over the past 11 years, she has developed significant expertise in assurance, valuation, internal audits / risk advisory and financial reporting including Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP convergence. She currently leads the engagements that require both technical depth and strategic insights in the above fields.
Professionally, Shweta specializes in audit execution, internal audits and process enhancement, valuations, and Ind AS/IFRS convergence. She has exposure with multiple industries including jewelry, dairy, manufacturing, software etc. She has conducted more than 20 training sessions on Ind AS for corporates, delivered IFRS trainings to ICAI students and was a training faculty on IFRS with Grand Thornton.
Her technical contributions include involvement in the development of the “Lease On” software aligned with Ind AS 116 and authoring a research paper on IFRS 16 and IFRS 15 for the Institute, reflecting her deep engagement with evolving accounting standards.

Additionally, she is an IBBI Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets), a qualified Independent Director, and has completed Certificate Courses on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, as well as Concurrent Audit of Banks. She also serves as a Technical Reviewer with the FRRB of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
